Quality

The success of our business is built on the quality of the service we provide to our customers. Because of this our process for managing quality is not something which stays in the filing cabinet until we have a customer questionnaire to complete! As our customers move forward, we continuously improve with them, providing a hassle free service so that they can focus on their core business.

Our ISO9001 based QMS (Quality Management System) provides structure and covers areas such as non-conformance, customer complaints, testing and continuous improvement.

All of our installations are tested upon completion, results are passed to the customer and are always held on our server for future reference. 

We have a comprehensive range of test equipment which is kept maintained and calibrated to industry standards and includes:
  • “Fluke” Cable Analysers
  • “Noyes” OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer)
  • “Noyes” Power Meter

We are certified installers for ADC Krone, and registered installers for Nexans, R and M, Excel and Quantum.

Indigo is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute, ensuring we are kept up to date with modern processes and techniques.
